i call because i miss her and after my sweet "heyyyy" i get "can i call you back later?"
no gentle timbre in her voice. no tenderness. not even a "hi"

should i care? after the inital "how come i'm so sweet to her and she's so cold to me?", my first thought is if she's talking to the ex bf. then i wonder if everything's ok with her at home.
